Could you be eligible?

  • Australian citizen or resident
  • Working at least 8 hours a week, expected to continue for 13+ weeks
  • Written diagnosis of anxiety, a learning difficulty, depression, ADHD or another form of neurodiversity, expected to last two years or more
  • Experiencing difficulties at work because of your mental health or neurodiversity

How the program works

Feeling overwhelmed, distracted or disorganised at work is common for people who find it hard to process information quickly. Our program uses neuroplasticity principles — structured exercises that strengthen the brain skills behind concentration, attention and information processing.

Two ways to do it

  • With us online — three 60-minute Zoom sessions a week, scheduled around your work and life
  • Independently — once we've shown you what to do, three 60-minute sessions a week on your own, with regular check-ins

  1. Proof you're an Australian citizen or resident — a passport, citizenship certificate, or PR visa all work
